【School information】

Opened in June 2005 close to the JR Ofuna station, Little Europe is a school where staff and teachers give priority to offer individual and quality service to each students and strive to adapt to their needs and objectives. While being serious and dedicated to our mission, the fact of being little enable us to have a nice and friendly working environment. Slowly but surely, our company is growing, and since March 2014, we have opened a new branch close to the JR Yokohama station.
We are providing group lessons along with private tuitions.

【Looking for】

• Native German teacher

【Work description】

• Private and group lesson
• Other administratives tasks depending on competences

【Conditions】

• Have previous teaching experience or teaching certificate
• Be living in the Kanagawa or Tokyo Area
• Be able to work during the following day and time:
  – Between 17:00 and 22:00 at least 2 days a week
  – At least 1 day on week-ends (preferably on Sundays)
  （Availabilities between 10:00 and 16:00 on Monday and Tuesday will be appreciated）
• Be willing to work on the long term
• Have a proper visa allowing them to work in Japan
• Have basic conversation skills in Japanese

【Profile sought】

• On top of teaching the language, be able to present noteworthy cultural points of his/her own country
• Be able to adapt his/her lesson to the students needs and requests
• Be willing to improve his/her own experience trough new challenges
• Positive and dynamic, while understanding the importance of team work
• Have a strong sense of responsibility

【Contract type】

Part-time
*Possibility of promotion to a full-time position afterwards

【Working Hours】

• 2～5days a week, days and time frame negotiable
• Up to 8 hours per day between 9：50～22：00

【応募条件】

• 当該言語を指導した経験のある方
• 神奈川県・東京近郊在住の方
• 次の曜日および時間帯の勤務が可能な方：
  – 平日週2日以上は17時～22時までの夜の時間帯
  – 土日のいずれか1日以上（日曜日歓迎）
  （月曜日、または火曜日の10時～16時までの時間帯に勤務できる方歓迎）
• 長期勤務出来る方
• 日本で就労することが可能なビザを取得していること
• 基本的な日本語会話が可能であること
